1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Caddex grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our AutoCAD plugin for the number of seats specified in your Standard Plan.

• 1.1 Authorized Users: Only employees and contractors of your organization may use the service. Sharing login credentials outside the organization is strictly prohibited.
• 1.2 Local Installation: Use of the plugin requires a compatible version of AutoCAD and a stable internet connection for cloud synchronization.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

We respect your professional work product. All drawings, blocks, and details uploaded to Caddex remain the sole property of your organization.

• 2.1 Customer Data: You grant Caddex a limited license to host, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the services to your team.
• 2.2 Caddex IP: The plugin software, cloud architecture, and website remain the exclusive property of Caddex.

3. Professional Liability

Caddex is a management tool, not an engineering service. You acknowledge that:

• 3.1 Accuracy: Your organization is solely responsible for the technical accuracy and engineering integrity of all drawings stored or managed through the service.
• 3.2 Seal/Stamp: The use of Caddex does not constitute a professional engineering review. All final designs must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed professional as required by law.

4. Subscription & Billing

Our Standard Plan is billed at $150 per user/year. All fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

• 4.1 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• 4.2 Termination: Upon cancellation, your data may be deleted from our production servers. We recommend exporting your detail library before canceling your subscription.
